Jiao Yidan, graduate student in the School of Journalism and Communication, has won the 2015 Campus Song Contest.

With her voice of mezzo-soprano, Jiao Yidan defeated Jiao Meimeijiao in the first round. In the second round she partnered with one of the top ten singers of last year’s Campus Song Contest, and successfully made it into the final three.

Jiao Yidan triumphed in the final round, winning her first Campus Song Contest.

“Music is my soulmate,” said Jiao Yidan. “Music can be regarded as a pure beauty from people’s inner heart. Also it can express my actual feelings.”
