The School of Journalism and Communication at RUC hosted the Cultural Festival of Journalism and Communication on December 20, 2015. Participants discussed media convergence and transformations in the new media era.

Twelve students from the School of Journalism and Communication presented three reports on the social-economic development of Northwest China, based on a field trip to the region.

One of the students, undergrad Li Yuanhao, said the trip provided them with new perspectives on social-economic problems and broadened their horizons.
