The School of Journalism and Communication opened the new academic year on September 13. Professors, administrators, support staff and the new students attended a welcoming ceremony in the Scholl hall of the Mingde building.

The meeting was presided over by school’s Deputy Party Secretary Meng Bing. In attendance were, among others, Executive Dean Guo Qingguang, Party Secretary Caiwen, Associate Dean Hu Baijing, Zhou Yong, Yang Baojun, and Deputy Party Secretary Meng Bing.
