Five Pakistani journalists arrived on Renmin campus on September 26 for a nine-month exchange program, which is being held for the third time.

The journalists will take Chinese language courses and courses in journalism, new media and global communication. They will also attend lectures and seminars on China’s politics, economy, culture and other topics. They will visit Chinese media organizations, government agencies and businesses. 

The participating Pakistani journalists are Mr. Zahoor Ahmed from Associated Press of Pakistan, Mr. Umar Hayat from Independent News Agency of Pakistan, Mr. Waqas Ahmad Bangas from Pakistani Television, digital media expert Mr. Hassan Arshad from Pakistan Today, and Mr. Zeeshan Ahmad from The Express Tribune.
