School of Journalism and Communication hosts 7th Annual Student Photography Exhibition

The 7th Annual Student Photography Exhibition has recently opened at School of Journalism and Communication of Renmin University of China. Themed "People and Life", the exhibition showcases student works in three distinct categories: "Campus Faces", "Daily Perspectives" and "Fieldwork Impressions". Works show vibrant spirit of campus life, nuanced emotions of everyday moments, as well as profound experiences gained through practical fieldwork. Here, you can explore the vibrant stories of dream-chasers in the new era and witness the impressive moments of young people contributing themselves to the development of the nation.
A total of 308 works were submitted and finally 22 photographs by 14 students were selected as outstanding works through multiple rounds of evaluation.. These works are now on display on the second and third floors of the Mingde Journalism Building.


The Annual Student Photography Exhibition has been held for seven consecutive years and serves as a major platform for showcasing the pedagogical achievements of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Journalism and Communication. The exhibition aims to enhance students' practical journalism skills, foster their passion for and creativity in photographic art, and provide a platform for displaying exceptional student work and facilitating peer-to-peer learning and exchange.
